Listed in the Historic Monuments Inventory; added in 1886. Reference number PA00098160. The fountain is in the small courtyard park of the Hôtel Beaune-Semblançay, built 1507-1508 for Jacques de Beaune, Baron de Semblançay, by Guillaume Besnouard. The fountain dates from 1511 and was sculpted by Martin and Bastien Francois, nephews of Michel Colombe.
