According to the archive of mail artist Niels Lomholt, COLLAGE CITY had a separate call for submissions, and was planned for exhibition in February 1982. But the catalog was received in the same package as the PAPER PLANET poster (Bakhchanyan's cover is missing), and suggests that the two exhibits happened together.
