Dnevnik neudachnika ili sekretnaia tetrad was Limonov's second novel. Published in 1982, the novel features the narrative characteristics of a notebook, in contrast to the diary form of his first novel Eto ia Edichka. This typescript includes numerous ink corrections by Limonov and an earlier version of the novel's title: Sekretnaia tetrad ili dnevnik neudachnika. This folder includes leaves 0-48 of the novel.
