Timothy Fales, Edward Winslow, "Writ of attachment against William Creese"

A partly printed document written and signed by Timothy Fales, clerk, directing the sheriff to attach the property of William Creese, of Boston, to the value of £11, to compel his appearance before the Bristol County Inferior Court of the Common Pleas to answer to Joseph Chaplin for an unpaid debt of £5 12s 11p; with endorsement of Suffolk County sheriff Edward Winslow on the reverse, indicating that he took Creese into custody.
