Cover ornamented with rubber stamp in blue ink: "DADA IS EVERYWHERE". German postage stamp depicting Mona Lisa with mustache and necklace added in pen, postage denomination torn off. A4 sheet enclosed. Letterhead from "FIVE TOWERS MICRO HALL CENTER for archive and exhibitions. Rubber stamps in green ink: seagulls, "MAIL-ART IS NOT JAIL-ART stamp-art is not vamp-art", "aquí", and pointing hand. Handwritten letter dated January 14 1982, thanking Bakhchanyan for a recent postcard and informing him of current projects.
